Do I have to be a member of AAGP to submit?
No. While you are invited to become a member so as to receive substantial membership benefits, membership of the AAGP is not required when you submit an abstract.

May I submit more than one abstract as the presenter?
A speaker's name may be submitted for multiple symposia. However, if all of the proposed symposia are accepted, any speaker at the AAGP Annual meeting is limited to only participating in three educational programs (industry supported and non-industry supported).

Do presenters have to register for the meeting?
Yes, all speakers and poster session presenters must confirm their participation and be paid registrants of the AAGP Annual Meeting.

When will acceptance decisions be made?
The Annual Meeting Program Committee will review all abstracts and its decision will be sent to you by mail. Symposia abstract decisions will be sent in August. Regular poster abstract decisions and early investigator poster abstract decisions will be sent in late November / early December.
